Katia Theodore is the founder of S4S Financial Café, a firm dedicated to helping women, people of color, and underrepresented entrepreneurs build strong, sustainable businesses.
With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and operations, she created S4S to make finances clear, accessible, and empowering.
Through services like bookkeeping, payroll, tax support, and financial reporting, Katia helps business owners stay organized, compliant, and in control.
Her mission goes beyond managing finances—she equips clients with the knowledge and confidence to understand their numbers, make informed decisions, and achieve long-term success.
